Are you an employer ?
If you are an employer and if you are looking to hire some skillful persons for your company, you can very well utilise this app. What you are supposed to do is enter all your requirements in the field provided for eg, various technologies to be known by the employee etc. Once you enter the requirements and submit the form, you will be given an unique id. Using this id, after a week or so, you can come and check whether any matching resumes have been found. If any resumes are found, they will be displayed in the order of highest to lowest matching percentage. It will facilitate you to pick up the employees.
Are you looking for a job ?
If you are looking for a job, you can upload your resume and you can mention all your achievements, field of interest etc. You will be given with an unique id. There are two ways in which you will be benefitted. You can use this unique id to search for companies which suit your talents and your field of interest. The companies will be displayed in the order of highest to lowest matching percentage. The other one is, if the company is looking for hiring employees, and if it finds your resume a matching one, the company will contact you for job offers.

This site has been developed by four Engineering students School of Computing and Informatics Department of Computer Science at Maseno University. This is part of the mandatory forth year project done by all forth year computer science studetns. Group Members are;

Hamisi Mickdad ArossMr, C.E.O
Hamisi Mickdad Aross is the team leader and the chairman of the developing team. He is also the founder of the HamsEmpire INC, an upcoming startup tech company that is the next big thing in Africa. Extremely passionate about new Technological trends
A little background to Mr.Hamisi. He was born at the Kenyan Uganda Border in Busia on the 31st March 1993 to proud parents Mr.Rashid Ali and Mrs.Roselida Kimida. Grew Up in the village at the Odiado Hills in Matayos. Attended Friends school Kamusinga Between 2009-2012. Now doing computer Science Degree at Maseno University.
What we are doing.
The motivation behind this project is the difficulty's that people have been going through in oder to get jobs in our country. Qualified people miss out on good opportunities for themselves just because they didn't know of the available opportunity for the job in time.

The people looking for a job can now easily apply for a job. Anywhere,Anytime,Anydevice,Anynetwork This site provides for all these as it is fully operational on the mobile devices.A person can apply for a job even from just a phone.
Ease of the employment procedure.
The employers can easily choose the best candidates by looking through their Resume and the other important documents apploaded by the job applicants. Also those not shortlisted need not to waste their time going for an interview.
